I have spent thousands of pounds over the years on skin products which promise to transform and have done nothing. I am 55yrs old with very fair skin, so if anyone has found the wonder product, please let me know.
see no one can fight with nature. antiaging creams cant stop your age but it may delay the looks of old age. so please dont expect miracles from them. use glycolic skin tonner this will give good skin. and try to use aloevera gel on the skin with some ayurvedic hebal powders. surely u will get help. i am a cosmetologist in bombay

My mother has used Retinol-A since she was thirty and has gorgeous skin on her face. I plan to start using it on 27. moisturize early and often, as well. Simple hydration and sleep does wonders for your skin.

Yes.
The Glytone system. It is only available in the USA and there are other similar products. I got it on the advice of a doctor who also prescribed Tretonin cream to use at the same time. She used to work in the USA as a plastic surgeon and had a lot of experience with it.
It includes a facewash (mildly acidic) exfoliant lotion and moisturiser. It works like a chemical face peel removing the top layer of skin and stimulating collagen production which slows down with ageing and leads to wrinkles and loss of elasticity in the skin.
I had visable results within 4 weeks and will use it again this winter. (You have to avoid the sun or use a complete sun block which I find difficult to remember- I do use sun screen and try to protect my face anyway)
I searched for and found it on the internet and bought it mail order.

I actually found that oil of olay anti aging creams work really well I even read a medical report saying how the ingredients it contains are what dermatologists use in their creams and it is way more affordable. it shows results in two weeks.

Just like ‘Chit P’ and ‘Donna H’ posted, definitely a retinoid (either retinol or retin-a). Retinoids help speed up skin cell turnover. Thus, with daily use of a retinoid, you’ll have "fresh, new skin" every week and that reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and temporarily thickens the dermis (second layer of the skin).
Note ** "temporarily"
Retinoids need to be used daily or every other day. The thickening of the dermis (giving a more ‘plump’ look) is only a temporary benefit. However, aside from that, conversely, as retinoids thicken the dermis, they thin the epidermis (first layer). For that reason, the skin can become more sensitive to the sun and good sunscreen or sunblock would need to be used.
I know of the retinol Green Cream. I’m not sure if they do (or any of its retailers) provide international shipping but check it out. They also have a forum so you could ask questions there.

Oh, and by the way, I’m not advertising or anything. I don’t use retinoids. Most likely will in my future though.

It is important to use good products suited for the skin instead of spending tons of money on products that do not suit our skin. It may not only cause you skin layers to become thinner, it may also cause your skin to be more prone to brek-outs and sensitivity. I believe in using natural products as I have sensitive skin problems. Now I use the Pure Olive Oil products from Japan to moisture and protect my skin from UV rays. They also have products made from Olive leaf (antioxidant) and other natural ingredients. my skin condition is in very much better condition now.
Email to following website for to ask for help if you need any. I know they are one of the few brands who carry the widest range of products suited for various skin types. The staff is very prompt and helpful too. Good luck!
